Learning outcomes |
You are familiar with common Internet application and service
architectures, and are able to evaluate the extent of their
applicability. You know how to study research literature, can
summarize its results, and are capable of contributing your own
analysis of a research topic.

Content |
The course focuses on current issues concerning the design,
development, deployment and management of applications and services
in Internet. The topical areas vary yearly covering system
architectures, service architectures, service management and
related technical development issues. Some of the focal areas are
peer-to-peer technologies, systems and services in comparison to
more traditional client-server systems.
